Autumn Clegg grew up in Northern Utah. She attended Utah State University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2022. Following that, she moved to Idaho and obtained a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University in 2024. She is passionate about mental health and is eager to help patients navigate their mental health journey. She likes working at Better Balance Psychiatry because of the uplifting environment and the emphasis on patient-centered care.
