The name, "Better Balance", says it all. I'm here to help you steady your journey so you can truly thrive. Together, we'll tailor a balanced personal plan involving medicinal and therapeutic tools. I believe everyone deserves to feel their best, and this truth has been the driving inspiration throughout my career and education.
Since completing a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rocky Mountain University in 2018, I’ve gained experience in both Psychiatry and Primary Care. Prior to working at Better Balance I lived in the Salt Lake area where I worked for Cedar Psychiatry, Bountiful Clinic Internal Medicine, North Temple Urgent Care, and the Utah State Prison. Each of these diverse settings has helped me develop a unique and holistic evidence-based approach. Though I’m grateful for the Salt Lake experience, I feel most at home in sunny St. George.
It's an honor to represent Better Balance. I see my job as a lifestyle- always seeking to enhance my personal balance and share what I find. Drawing from current medical literature, various mindfulness techniques, and a library of books on psychology, I will help those under my care to set and achieve meaningful goals.
Outside of work I enjoy songwriting, biking, and exploring nature. My wife and I are over-the-moon excited for our baby girl coming soon!
