Payments can be either debit or credit card if insurance doesn't cover your visit.

Are there fees for missed appointments?



Sometimes life and events happen outside of our control. Accountability is a key component to wellness, and ensuring enough time to make appointments is very important. Consequently, any appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in a no-show/late cancellation fee being charged unless an emergency arises which requires you to reschedule.

This is not meant to be punitive; much preparation and time goes into your appointment and with less than 24 hours notice that appointment time cannot be given to another patient.

Will my insurance reimburse my Telepsychiatry appointment?



When asking your insurance about coverage it is also important to specify that the appointment will be a Telepsychiatry visit.

How does telepsych work? Is it safe?



Due to COVID-19, virtual Telepsychiatry visits have expanded and are HIPAA compliant and safe for new and follow up patient appointments! There is no price difference between in-person and virtual visits. It is important you are in a private setting where you can speak freely, have internet and video access on your phone or other electronic device, and have a functioning camera. Visits will be offered through the Patient Portal and no downloaded app is required.



Schedule either a New patient or Follow up visit. At your scheduled time log in to your patient portal and follow the instructions for checking in and starting your appointment
