Cedar Community Mental Health Forum

In Focus: Phones and Mental Health

This session—Phones and Mental Health—will explore how daily screen habits influence stress levels, attention, sleep quality, and emotional resilience. Local clinicians and mental health leaders will share insights, tools, and strategies to help individuals and families build healthier relationships with their devices in an increasingly digital world.
