Following the strong community response to our inaugural Community Mental Health Forum, we are excited to present the second forum in our ongoing series focused on practical, accessible mental health education. This session—Phones and Mental Health—will explore how daily screen habits influence stress levels, attention, sleep quality, and emotional resilience. Local clinicians and mental health leaders will share insights, tools, and strategies to help individuals and families build healthier relationships with their devices in an increasingly digital world.
