Mary Nell has a master’s degree in social work from Grand Canyon University. She has had a lifetime focus on human development through her growing up with 8 brothers, working in the community, and being a mother and grandmother. She enjoys traveling, was part of the UVU Ski team racing Slalom and Giant Slalom, loves to white water raft, backpack, camping and repelling, is a craft enthusiast, and an entrepreneur.
Mary Nell has helped children for most of her life being certified as an early childhood interventionist with Root, Preschool SCPD certified, a Founding Director of Engaged Learning Center for Utah Tech, a Founding Executive Director for St George Children’s Museum, and most recently working as a mental health counselor at S&S Counseling and doing an internship at Sands Counseling. Her achievements and experience has enabled her to reach out to people in ways that are lasting and powerful in helping find healing.
