Riley joined Better Balance Psychiatry in December 2025 as a member of the Front Office / TMS Tech team. Born and raised in Southern Utah, she brings a strong sense of community and compassion to her role. Riley was recently engaged to her fiancé, Jaxon, and is excitedly planning the wedding of her dreams.
When asked why she enjoys working at Better Balance, Riley shares, “I love the community and the people I get to help every day. I enjoy helping others and have always found mental health interesting.”
Outside of work, Riley enjoys shopping, going to the gym, and spending quality time with her fiancé.
