Sarah Nielson has her bachelor's degree in psychology and her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. Sarah has worked extensively with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, adults in outpatient treatment, and youth in residential programs. She has experience with a variety of life challenges including personality disorders, trauma, self-harm, chronic pain management, psychosis, delusions, anxiety, depression, and attention deficit disorder. Sarah values allowing her clients to feel heard without judgment and cultivating an optimal quality of life.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending her time camping, traveling, and listening to live music.
